At Radicaln we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you're a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You may examine the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been handled more than necessary. Return postage is your responsibility.

Our 30-day returns window

Beyond the statutory 14 days, we offer returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. Items returned under this extended window must be unopened and in their original, unused packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, washed or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or faulty items

This condition does not apply if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Email us at info@radicaln.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We'll cover return postage in these cases.

How to start a return

Email info@radicaln.co.uk with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. Your parcel may need to go to our UK, US or overseas warehouse, so please wait for us to confirm the return address before posting anything back.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our fulfilment centre, we'll inspect it and confirm receipt by email. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of inspection. It can then take a further 3–6 business days for the money to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Return postage

We don't provide pre-paid return labels as standard. If you ask us to send one, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Postage is covered by us where an item is faulty or arrives damaged.

A note on colour

Our products are natural marble, so variation in veining, tone and pattern is normal and is not a fault. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen depending on your display and lighting conditions.
